Bibliography for An Illustrated Guide to Income in the United States 

There are many surveys on salaries, top-earning celebrities, CEOs of public companies, and hedge fund managers, but when it comes to data covering all income in the United States, there are four main sources: the US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and Internal Revenue Service.
